What will I need?
A business telephony solution can be installed using your existing telephone line. If more lines are required, these can usually be added to your existing network, using your current telephone number. This is invisible to your callers, except now they have a much greater chance of reaching you.

Can I keep my existing equipment?
If your existing handsets are standard analogue phones with a "recall" button, we can sometimes utilise these with the new business phone system.

We only have a temporary office.
With many of the business phone systems that Intramation supplies, it is possible to "pack-and-go". Once configured, we can reinstall the exchange when you relocate.

Least Cost Routing (LCR)

Least cost routing (or LCR) is simply using a different company to handle your call charges, whilst leaving your lines and rental with your existing supplier. Case Studies:

A Doncaster-based building company:

Telephony is at the heart of this Doncaster business. Before the installation, their three analogue lines, each with different telephone numbers were routed directly to three telephones located around the two floor office. As the business grew, it became apparent that a more structured solution was required.

Over the space of a weekend, Intramation installed and configured a new business telephone solution. A wall-mounted exchange box, and a number of feature handsets provided the solution. All calls were routed through a master reception phone, with automatic switching into hunt-groups when reception is unmanned. Named extensions, out-of-office services and the capability for voicemail and music-on-hold provided the company with a professional telephony communication strategy.

A temporary site office:

Running from four portable cabins on an industrial building site was no reason for this customer to struggle with their telecommunications. Their requirement was for three inbound lines including fax, desk extensions and a part-time switchboard facility.

Once again, a wall mounted exchange was installed, and a mixture of feature handsets, analogue phones and DECT provided the solution. When the site moves on, the exchange can be easily relocated, and reconfigured.
